All payments will be made Via paypal in Usd only.

All payment will be Upfront, and you will be sent an Invoice.

Refunds are only available during the sketch phase of a commission.

While working on any commissions I will send you a screenshot of the sketch. During this time you may ask for any large and significant changes. This is the sketch phase of the commission, during this phase you are eligible for a refund.

Once the sketch has been finalized you will no longer eligible for a refund.

After the sketch phase I will no longer be taking any large changes. Only minor edits and tweaks will be allowed further on. Any major tweaks and edits after the sketch phase will cost extra. (The price increase for major and or significant changes will vary depending on difficulty)

During Character design commissions I will be more lenient with edits and tweaks.

Commission progress speed varies, but I will keep you updated throughout the entire process. Commissions can sometimes take up to 1-2 months depending on my life situation.

I am willing to make minor free edits and tweaks to a commission. Up until a month has passed after the commission's completion. I will judge as to what I consider counts as free minor edits.

You will receive a png file of the finished commission. This png will be in full resolution you may ask for resolutions by request.

These are digital, and so you will not receive a physical copy.

I retain the rights to post the commission and use it publicly (unless specifically requested not to)

I have the right to decline any commission.

I will not take commissions from anyone under the age of 18years.

The commissioner may post their commission wherever they please with credit given to me, @Flipgang.

The commissioner may not claim the art as their own, Commissioner must credit me the artist when possible.

THE COMMISSIONER CANNOT USE THE COMMISSION FOR ANY COMMERCIAL USES ((IE PRODUCING PRINTS, SHIRTS, BADGES, ETC, OF THE COMMISSION AND RESELLING THEM)). ANY AND ALL USES OF THEIR COMMISSION MUST BE PURELY PERSONAL WITH NO FINANCIAL GAIN. COMMISSIONS FROM ME WITH THE INTENT OF COMMERCIAL USE MUST BE DISCUSSED BEFOREHAND.

You cannot trace or copy any of my designs.

You can only trade or sell the design if you are the owner of said design.

I have the right to all copyrights of my designs' artwork.

I can advertise and display any artwork of mine as the designer of the design.

I have the right to decline trading or selling designs to any users.

Owner has the right to re-upload their design as long as they credit me.

Owner can draw or order commissions of the design.

Owner can use the design on closed species or create different versions of it as long as they will all be traded or sold together.

Owner can make whatever edits on the design. However they may not edit my art.

Owner cannot claim they are the creator of the design.

Owner cannot use the design for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.

I only accept USD via PayPal as payment.

Full payment must be paid through an invoice in order for me to give you the files.

Payment plans are accepted after discussing said plan with me before hand.

Request for refund is not available after I sent the files over.

The design can be gifted.

The design can be traded for other design/s, physical items, art services, etc.

The design can not be sold or vouch at a higher value.

Unless the owner has received commissions that raise the value of said design.
